How Roar Exchange collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This policy explains what data Roar Exchange collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what a peer-to-peer betting exchange genuinely needs to run and to meet legal obligations in India. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you give us and information created when you use the platform:
We use your data to open and secure your account, match your bets with other users, process deposits and withdrawals in Indian Rupees, prevent fraud, meet legal requirements, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal duties, and for our legitimate interest in running a safe marketplace. We keep records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable law after closure.
We share data only where needed: with payment providers to process UPI and bank transactions, with service providers who host or secure the platform under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it. Every partner is bound to protect your information.
We protect data with encrypted connections, restricted internal access and monitoring for unusual activity. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to keep your password private and to enable any extra protection we offer.
You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we are not required to keep. You can also object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us on WhatsApp to exercise these rights.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember settings. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
For any privacy question, reach us through our contact page or on WhatsApp. We aim to answer data requests promptly.
